SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping takes 2-7 business days for on hand items (that excludes weekends and nationally recognized holidays).

Shipping for custom orders 3-4 weeks excluding Sundays 

Please allow at least 1 through 2 business days to process your order before shipping. 

 Expect delays during busy seasons.

USPS and UPS shipping only 

Shipping outside of the US may take 10-14 business days 

Signatures are required for all orders 

If your package have been returned due to incorrect address or etc you will be invoiced a reship fee 

ONCE PACKAGES LEAVE OUR POSSESSION WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE WITH LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please contact either USPS or UPS for lost or stolen packages.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds and partial refunds will ONLY be granted by danezhachopshop if you received an defective item, the incorrect item, seller cannot fulfill your order due to personal reasoning/emergencies/illness, or items are out of stock. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND TO RETURN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR POSSESION PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER USPS OR UPS FOR DETAILS. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO HELP RETRIEVE YOUR PACKAGE

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at danezhachopshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping and we will refund you on the cost. Items sent back to us WITHOUT first requesting a return will not be accepted AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and jewelry.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Non Locals: 7 business days 

Locals: 3 business days 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
